I am Cindy Reynolds, an internationally Board Certified qEEG (Brainwave) Technologist and Founder of NeuroFit® @Jyzen, a neurofitness training program to “Cross-Train Your Brain”.
I’d like to talk to you about how, through personal experience & neuroscientific studies, I have learned that, yes, you can exercise your body and you can exercise your brain, but did you know that you can also go to the fitness club for your Soul and keep it from being a couch potato too!
For the last 12 years, as a Soul Coach at NeuroFit, I have taught how to Soulercise® – to exercise your Soul and master your higher purpose in this lifetime. Now, you too can achieve, Brain, Body and Soul fitness!

In the United States it is estimated that 6 out of 10 people have seen or heard a departed loved one. When it first happened to me as a teen, it didn’t make any sense. Why me? I was an ordinary girl from Los Angeles. These events just happened, and at first I felt isolated and alone.
As time progressed, however, more and more people began talking about their own events. If you or anyone you know has experienced something like this, I want you to know you are not alone.
